Filipino nurses have turned to FiNAN for help with employment disputes, with almost all talks with employers ending successfully. The organization continues to support nurses in understanding their rights, reporting concerns and protecting the families and lives they have built.
Filipino nurses from the Northern, Eastern and Southern parts of Finland have sought assistance from FiNAN Finland after facing employment disputes and uncertainty over their jobs and contracts.
Through dialogue and negotiations with employers, FiNAN has helped nurses understand their options, communicate their concerns and, in some cases, work toward solutions that allowed them to retain their employment and contracts.
